North Central Illinois | I'll be the organic guy to jump in and say that everything that easymony suggested will HELP reduce them in a cropping system it ain't making them go away completely without some extra tools like strategic tillage OR chemical tools.
I planted cover crops on every acre of mine that doesn't have a perennial or overwintering cash crop. I hate when the promotors claim that they cure everything though because that'll never live up to expectations.
Better to under promise and over deliver than vice versa. | |
