Valley, NE | i had an ugly duckling 4440 on it. ugly duckling because it has an off colored fender and different colored hood and in serious need of a cab kit. My dad has a really nice redone 4440 that it sits next to in the shop, and mine looks like it was cobbled together and thrown out the back side of a scrap yard. With that being said, it's been turned up, and i split it last year to fix some clutch packs and disks and redid the brakes and some rock shaft work two years ago. So it's a solid mechanical tractor, just ugly as sin. I'm looking to find a JD158 loader to put on it to have a "around the yard tractor" for fencing and sticks and tree work tractor, where the 7810 MFWD w/ 740 loader is too big or clunky to get around in. | |
