Morningdew….agree with you about non home cooked meals not being very tasty after a few days. This year before harvest my wife got a food dehydrator. Made jerky out of hamburger. We have an abundance of hamburger, home grown so it’s not the fatty store bought stuff.
It’s our go to noon lunch for harvest. Grab a few slices, put in ziplock and good to go for the day.
