Anti seize on face so wheel doesn't stick again. Never on the studs. You will screw up the nut torque and can snap the stud off. Did this when I was a youngster following an older guys advice. And yes, used a torque wrench at 135 ft lbs and snapped the stud off.
If one rotates tires on schedule or yearly this doesn't happen.
