| Sounds like a great chance for him to try something new. There is other ways to make money other than commodity corn and soybeans. A lot better to try it on small scale than to fail on a large scale. You can learn a lot just trying it, I say he should go for it. Around here stuff coming out of CRP does pretty well. He didn’t say it was bad ground. Could be but if that is the case the rent should be lower. | |
