Holland, Indiana (SW IN)
Have rehydrated soybeans with mostly good results harvested moisture 18 or more dry to 14 —15 or less straight to bin as everyone else too many harvested at 9%
No fan controllers just manual fan controll bins bigger than yours
Not close to 1 CFM
48’ and 36’ bins
Never worried about leveling pull out part of a load to pull the center down actually haphazardly controlling the fans but never left run during day after running enough to get the moisture down — run fans evening only 20 times or so till grain is cold not every night just cooler evenings
Probably dumb luck 12-13 in Jan been doing it for years have had a few times 3” of mold layer floor level but still came out 12-13 — hard to get the sweep to chew out the mold layer
No reason will not work in 30’ bins — except physically doing the work of pulling out middles 3X and controlling fans that many bins one big PIA
