SE Nebraska | Because I farm all around it. They had it rented to another farm and every year they would call me and said I dinged their grapes with herbicide. I told them it was the tenant that farmed their ground but would not believe me. I told them to rent it to me and since I have rented it and planted it to alfalfa there has not been one issue with their grapes. Thus the reason don’t want to risk using herbicide on these acres. It is only 22 acres but have been getting over 80 large round bales a year off it and rent is reasonable. | |
