Midwest

cbellfarms - 10/17/2025 22:11 Knowledge is power. How do you know if hybrid A did better than B. How do you know if that extra 30 units of N actually paid? I dont spend hardly any time messing with my monitor. I have scales on the cart and have a spreadsheet with bin measurements/elevator scale tickets that I adjust all my yield maps after harvest.

Yep, knowledge is key.

Going without a yield map is like driving somewhere new without a map. Sure you can wing it but it's likely not the most efficient or best way to do it. Getting lost, turned around, long way around

Having no yield data is like driving without the map. You can add this fertilizer or that whatever but you don't know how it did nor have records to look back onto in future years.
