This dealer had his tractor for almost a year bang his FarmPlan account every month. Giving a million and one excuses. The service manager at the real dealer to the east went to high school with me. I called him and when the regional rep showed up his store. They called me and we got the problem solved. The dealer to the north never talked or stopped by ever again. The regional reps have some horsepower in issues like these. | |
