Clarksville, IL | did i hate putting more money into this crop yes, but i saw what rust could do 3 or 4 years ago, and it decimated fields, other guys that said im good, got BURNED and got it bad, where we ran xyway and adastrio with plane it shows to a t where teh plane missed next to power pole drops 35 bpa and goes 3 points lower in moisture, and stalk quiality it BAD. ive heard well you gotta haul more gladly yeah spent more money but i got a lot more, so far what ive shelled no its not last year but some fields are neck and neck with it, you go around trees and woods its HORRIBLE wether it be deer and dry wearther, thats a killer on fields now. got a lot of fields with woods, picked one field friday night it was horrible on ends we shelled. need lots of 200+ to offset 0s or sub 50 bpa corn. but wide open fields paid big, tile again paid big.
