| Much of what you say is right on the money, good shoppers are rewarded for their efforts, the 5.99 hamburger vs. a dollar more for some cuts, remember that grade of burger may be from some of those slightly higher priced cuts, but labor involved to cut out the bone and can't sell that bone for meat price. Generally only thing I buy at gas statioins is gas, one locally now has milk for 2.33/ gallon so get that there, need to be smart shopper, stock up when on sale and watch inventory/rotate it so it does not get old etc. | |
