Not familiar with your combine, but generally speaking, you want your concaves open the depth of the head after the seeds have been shelled. In my area, its typically 35mm. So just shy of an inch and a half. Rotor speed as low as it can go and increase if you have any unthreshed. That's 90 percent of the battle there. Don't be shy on your wind, just because you see black on the ground doesn't mean its loss. Most of the time those are the empties. Really need to squeeze them all to determine if its actual shoe loss or not. You should see home heads basically intact even after going through the chopper. Good luck.

Edit to add.

On the shoe, if you don't have enough wind the chaff will carry good seeds out with it. Low wind can often lead to more loss than too much wind.
