I’ve got a local shop that loves to put on new parts.
Always an upsell.
I don’t go back
Problem for them finding new techs when they charge $150+ and start their new techs at $15 per hour. And they have to have their own tools
Another pet peeve when being charged $150 per hour and tech has to research how to fix it on computer. For over $2 per minute they should know how to proceed
Really doubt new techs are starting at $15 in US, maybe Mexico, heck have a tough time finding a kid to shovel walks for that here. |
