Pittsburg, Kansas | After going low carb ketogenic six and a half years ago and reversing my type II diabetes, I have struggled with high fasting blood glucose. In the 120-130 range. Completely eliminated high blood sugar spikes, but the fasting blood sugar still in the prediabetic or diabetic range. A1c 5.8-6.0 so prediabetic range. I have wondered about this for several years now if these levels were still damaging or if they were ok. Different on line doctors have had varying opinions. Of course conventional medicine is of no help because they believe type II diabetes is not reversible anyway. I and many others have already proven that wrong.
I ran across this today and thought it interesting. Anyone else struggling with blood glucose fasting over 100 might also find it interesting.

Thought provoking video. I am not saying it is all correct. Just something that is near to my heart with concern and I have not been entirely happy with any explanation I have found.
