SE Indiana | Our experience with pipelines are not good at all. When doing repairs they dug a spot 300’ from the line. After it settled in they refused to fix that damage as it was not on the row. When they put a new line in we had to take legal action to get them to restore the land to even close to original levels. We had ponding across the row from one end to the other. After we settled and fix the drainage issues they caused we still are short 20 bushel on soybeans on the 90’ of row they used. That reduction is after nearly 10 years. We expect the line to be visible in areas for a lifetime, based on the lines installed in the 1940s. | |
