It would be better is it was the original less processed sugar but almost all is just white sugar colored with a blending of a bit of molasses.That being said I used to enjoy that when mom sprinkled it on left over pie crusts.Thats a flavor memory .Very little sugar any more for me.But that slice your own bacon that I just had with eggs rocks.
