Some version of a chisel plow.
I don’t care for the trend to smoother fall tillage, here, for me, as that does lead to erosion if the snowmelt/ spring rains are wrong. Leaving the soil rough in fall and the water moves pretty slow around the chunks ‘here’ and doesn’t move nearly so much dirt.
