| Let's call a spade a spade. Central banks are part of a planned economy and so are tariffs. We only have ever had capitalism on a spectrum.
Its super clear you think the world sucks and you blame all perceived economic short comings on the existence of fiat currency and central banks. Fine, that is your opinion. Their track records arent exactly perfect in my opinion either.
Fiat currency predates the existence of central banks. If the Fed were abolished, the government would still devalue the currency. But since the majority of the voting FOMC members are appointed by the President, let's call another spade a spade... yes the Fed is majority controlled by the government. You call it communist, well true it ain't capitalism. | |
