SW Indiana | Most interesting thing to me is your Agrigold 642-32 #'s 10&11 in your chart. Looks like you had the same hybrid in both conventional and VT2 with the traited corn 26 bushel better.
Curious if you know why? Corn borer? Ear worms?
I have seen conventional out yield traited if you don't have bug or weed problems. Always thought the traited corn spent energy in defense mode. | |
