COPD is not reversible so protect your lungs.

We are told that. Along with asthma and rheumatoid arthritis. And type 2 diabetes.

But yet there is a good bit of anecdotal evidence that suggests otherwise.

I've personally reversed an incurable autoimmune disease. And I personally know people that have put their COPD and type 2 diabetes into remission.
