My guess is that the decision not to offer TeleHealth is an insurance company decision, and not a Washington-based decision. I suggest contacting your insurance companies, and let them know that this is an important benefit for you.  It may not help you for 2026, but maybe work to get it reinstated - at least in some policies - for 2027.
