No access, if He does decide to allow access, make it the highest rate he thinks neighbor with pivot will pay
If he had discussed access before hand, I would say small yearly access rate and very modest useage rates, also have neighbor to the north explain to guy with pivot why rates will be high and or no access.
I don't understand why neighbors won't discuss plans with each other before bulldozing ahead with projects that will affect the other person, but it seems to happen everywhere.
What kind of a dollar amount would you put on yearly access? |
