What part of "take it or leave it" did you not understand? No where did he say the landlord had to take it.

No kidding? Lol. Of course the landlord would not take this ridiculous offer, that's my point. The formula presented for calculating cash rent is so flawed, no landlord would entertain it.

You said yourself, $200 rent is for 60 CSR dirt. Bingo, finally starting to maybe understand. Again, I said figure out a simple formula for your area, for the fourth time. Sheesh. There are plenty of landlords in parts of North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas and misery that would think what I use right in my back yard is an absolute windfall.
