Wondering if I need to wire this solar livestock water pump controller differently—when the tank is low and calls for the pump to start it waits for 30 minutes before starting. I’d like it to start immediately as you can imagine, apparently it is sensing that the well is unable to provide enough water and delays the start. The owners manual is in Chinglish and not useful. Thanks in advance!

Its not likely that you have a wiring issue.
You most likely have a settings issue - - - but you're not providing enough information to confirm that. |
