Crawfordsville, Arkansas | Have a "lemon law" there in Mn??
I personally would have made the dealer give me a loaner tractor while the guys in the shop fixed it. Either give me a loaner tractor or I take my tractor and all of my future business elsewhere and never step foot in their store again.
You're going to get the same runaround on this new tractor if it ever needs work. If the shop guys can't figure one tractor out then what if the next one has problems? You already said you can't go to another dealer because you "didn't buy it there". Of the 18 tractors we own, 2 go back to the dealer that we originally purchased them from for service. Most of the rest were bought out of the area. A lot of times the shop foremans call us and ask if we have anything they can work on because the shop is empty and they are sending mechanics home early because they don't have anything to work on. | |
