I really think yield monitors totally disrupted the supplier industry. Before the yiled monitors came out, everyone thought that P and K was the most important thing by far. After yield monitors, water management (tile or irrigation), rose to the top of most lists.

For all who know the yield monitor's inventor, Al Myers, he is everything but a corporate supplier trying to extract your money. If you meet a lot of Ag Leader employees, they are virtually all farm kids with backgrounds similar to many on here.
