There are cheaper alternatives to Trellegy. Trellegy is three meds in one puff. You may end up using two or three inhalers to get the same result. COPD is not reversible so protect your lungs. Use a good mask when working in dusty conditions. I think you may have a really good nurse practitioner on your case.
