North Central Indiana | Depends on how you want to manage things. Got a bin at each field that will hold that crop so you know how the field performed? Haul everything straight to town so you now field yield? Or just grand total bushels divided by acres and manage everything the same? Or want to manage in field down to almost the exact location so you can maximize profit by applying/planting/tiling/irrigating areas that need it? Personally yield maps are wildly important to us. Calibrate your yield monitor because guess work or over reporting does you no good. If something isn’t working with the yield monitoring system we would park and get it working | |
