If he tinkers the beef he needs to do something about fertilizer, trucks, machinery, etc.
Additional thought: If beef is priced too high, what about chips? The name brand ones are certainly priced higher per pound then burger or roasts for sure, I can't really claim credit if for this thought, Russ first posted it about a month or two ago.
