Good thoughts, Tom.
I just finished planting covers today. I'm a "bad guy" though because I broadcast and then scratched the tops off of my cultivator ridges with a disk to plant it.
As for the NRCS funding, I've signed some stuff up for EQIP, but there's not enough $ to be worth it if I didn't want to do it anyway.
