They're well healed to be able to do that. Often people with a lot of money and paid for land are poor marketers as they aren't forced to do anything about it. Makes you wonder how they got to that point in the first place lol.
You keep wondering. I think it is hillarious when people can't understand successful people and have to downgrade their abilities.
