ecmn
I wouldn't do much with it.
I would be using gypsum.

My soil test here said that my soil needed mag so the first instinct was to start getting K-Mag out there. But the plant test said that we're low on calcium. So I started using gypsum instead. I am so very glad I did because after 4 years of 100 lb a year broadcast on top, that soil is really starting to make some changes. 100% no questions asked without a doubt next year 100% of the acres will get 100 lb of gypsum and it will keep getting that until something changes to where I don't need to do that

The tillage is the reason your soil is ponding water. water moves through the soil it takes soil particles with it to fill in voids and then you have tight compacted soil.

You have an amazing opportunity with All the crops you can rotate. You don't have to go to a zero till but take advantage of your crop rotation reduce some tillage let cover crops live a lot longer and disturb the soil less and you'll start to build soil structure.
