south central IL | None of this political crap ever went on when corn and beans were 5+ and 13+dollars? If so I guess everyone was too busy spending their windfall to notice anything. Let’s face it we’ve been heading down this political path for decades. It seems to me that everyone wants to cut back on spending just not on the stuff that I want or think I need. As for the cattle guys if prices are high and people are willing to pay for it then good for you you’ve earned it. Just make sure you save something for a rainy day, it will come.
