Hmm, I was going to recommend gypsum, but your %Mg levels aren't all that high, and Calcium is very high, with the high pH values as well. I would apply 1 ton of gypsum per acre on half of this field and see if it helps. I would also pull samples on that half the following year to keep track of the changes.
