Dayton, IA | I guess I just feel like posting today. 3 ethanol plants within 20 miles of me texting flash bids trying to get corn bought today. Is the corn just not out there? Are guys finding extra places to hide it? We have had some rain and been out of the field for 3 days. No one is moving grain. I emptied some bins and will have all my harvest contracts filled today . Everything left to combine will fit in the bin now. Have been driving straight through 2 different ethanol plants. Can’t believe there isn’t more grain moving during a rain break. | |
