I have no idea if this will be helpful, but this doctor is one of several that led me to reverse my diabetes and get off diabetes medication with his information six and a half years ago (plus other medications for blood pressure, etc.) so maybe his information about COPD will be of some help to you. I have no personal experience with COPD that I know of. I would have had a tough time breathing with heavy exercise back 7 years ago but it does not seem to bother me today. Probably more to do with my lowered weight and general overall better health but I don't know for sure.
