Other option is direct ship to packer 35 days after receiving a shot in Mexico. Southern feed lots would not like that. I don’t know how much pull they have. They did kill mcool.
What percentage of cattle get checked for antibiotics as they go through the kill line. Very few get checked at the local locker plants. It’s more of a gentleman’s agreement
