So what I did was get the poster of what the different grades look like and show that to customers if they wanted to know. You can call it a grade but don’t call it a USDA grade just call it a grade. It’s a fine line but it help the customers. The poster is good for visual. I tell you what, if you have some like you posted last spring or fall I am gonna drive down and get some of the stuff. It was the real deal, don’t need no waygu when got those goods. Damn, I wish you weren’t like 8 hours away lol | |
