We have been seeing issues with the Simbase cards, A LOT of the time the IP address that these cards use are based in a foreign country. Our IT department blocks a majority of those IP addresses. I have advised other Simbase users to contact the provider and set the card to a US based IP address. That seems to fix the issue, as my IT department will NOT open up the IP ranges that most of those cards use. We are not the only state that is doing this, there was one other state that tried, and they ended up getting hacked.
