Good to hear. Weather can be our savior and our enemy in farming, and it can cause much anxiety. To me, it seems like we often have just enough time to get something done right before the bad weather comes, and then we'll have an equipment breakdown that prevents us from reaching our goal before the weather event. We just had that before this weather system, trying to get tillage completed on a certain field. Driving back to the field, the tractor quit and it took a couple days for the part to come. We are 64, though, and with that we have learned that things usually will work out anyway. We took advantage of the rain by getting a few things done that weren't getting done while we were in the field, and also by spending a little quality time with family.
