Republicans bypassed filibuster rules a few weeks ago to do a mass confirmation of Trump nominees into government positions because they felt it was needed in order for government to operate properly. Since the so called nuclear option has already been breached, what is stopping them from passing a CR bill in order for government to operate properly.
Harry Reid and the Democrats breached that the first time in 2013. At least get your condescending blame facts straight.
And by the way..........it's never been done yet to pass Legislation, only nominations.
