Subject: Solar Water Setup Airlocking

Central MO
I am having trouble with a solar powered well setup on a rented farm. It seems like it is air-locking and not getting water from the holding tank to the tire tank waterers. Only way to get water to flow is to open all floats and (trickle I guess?) valves and hope the water starts moving.

Today in desperation I had to blow compressed air from the farthest tank #3 back toward the well and finally got water moving. I then shut off tank 2 and 3 in hopes that only using tank #1 would cause less headaches.

Setup looks like this:
Solar Panel/Well------520 Feet line with 25 Feet of Fall------ Tire Tank #1------280' line with no fall------Tire Tank #2----460' line with 25 feet of fall----Tire Tank #3

Currently only watering 12 pairs in this patch and would like to add some more but not without more reliable water. Not sure if low demand is hurting. Landlord said he has had trouble with airlock in the past but would only occur once a month vs the everyday this is currently doing. Installers thought it may be having trouble with the solar panel being 10 years old and potentially weak but the 2k gallon holding tank should easily keep up with no well power.

Any suggestions on where to start or what to check. Would really like to not add expense of a new solar panel to the landlord if I can help it and especially if that is not the real issue.
