If Brazil keeps going they will eventually produce more than they can sell for a profit as well. We cleared a lot of land years ago before there were any regulations and they seem to be doing the same thing now. I don’t really have an answer to it but it doesn’t seem like it will end well for anyone.
Correct, except Brazil is close to already being there. Their production cost/bu is higher than the Avg US farmer and one doesnt have to search that far back to find article after article about Brazil farm bankruptcies. The biggest contributing factor to $10 beans is 2 years of world record soybean production with a 3rd being forecasted.
