western iowa,by Denison | Went thru the 80's,this current set up seems worse coming-with land tax being number 1 -I'm afraid there is a lot of things that will make the 80's look like a cake walk,when land went to value of gold comparison there came a time when you did not want,gold,silver or ground
If ground is trading at 1/2 value today it does not cashflow,not even comparing it to gold-there was several times that land actually traded at cash flow with rent being higher then a 25 year mortage on farm ground | |
