63% sugar. I will take a wild guess and say it is about 36% cacao............ or less. Not very dark at all in my opinion. Probably tastes pretty good so it sells. Sugar sells and it is cheap. A lot cheaper than cacao.
and the other 1%? Inert ingredients ....... Like.... Black pepper has :)
