I used to think I didn’t like dark chocolate either because it was too bitter. But I found that brands like Lindt 70% and Ghirardelli 60–70% taste much smoother and actually kind of sweet. Sometimes fundraiser or specialty bars have less bitter recipes too. I now include a small piece almost daily for heart health, and it’s actually enjoyable!
