Eastern NE KS | One January several years ago, Stan had a handful of cattle on display at the Topeka Farm Show. Two of those were a young pair. The cow had a robust but well suspended udder with nice thumb (smaller than most men's) sized teats. She was a large cow about 1500# but display animals rarely have a tough day. He mentioned that udder structure and quality was a point he was focused upon.
