Central Il Morton | I went to a foot dr and they cut cusion pieces for the toes and heels
Nothing under the arch. It cushions my feet and made them like walking on air.
When Covid hit I couldn't get back to have new inserts made so I found the material on Amason and I make my own. I even double the thickness for even more cushion.
