I’d guess the university rate for the cart is if you hire someone to just do that part of the operation. Not a piece of the bill. Like your cart is broke down or tractor and you get a neighbor to come bring his cart and tractor and run it for you.
Still seems high unless it’s all 7 acre fields and you spend all day moving.
