I listen to a fun geopolitical podcast and those guys have been talking about how Ru had their chance and proved that they couldn't get it done so they are going to have to find a way to declare victory and go home.
Kinda like we did in Vietnam or Afganistan....... Or maybe the powers that be in Russia are making too much money off the war and want it to continue?
Look at how much money the defense war contractors are making sending stuff to Ukraine
